The tooth is coming

In the lower left (her left) corner you can make out the white crescent of the tooth trying to break through the gums. I hope this is why Erin has been getting up at all hours of the night.

Bye Bye Grandparents

We had to say goodbye after a fun filled weekend with the grandparents. Can't wait to visit again.

My first passover

We celebrated passover a little early so that we all could be together (minus Cyndi). Mom could not enjoy all the horoset because of nursing, but otherwise dinner was great. Erin ate pears and vegetable dinner out of a jar, no texture yet. Although she did try a piece of matzah

Westin and Erin

After a morning at Benicia in Bloom we stopped for lunch at Kinder's BBQ. Westin showed off his eating skills and then shared his love with Erin

Bath time

Erin had to take a bath with mom and help of granny. We worked out a routine where mom bathed and grandma dried. Then mom nursed and grandma rubbed her belly to get her to sleep.

Meeting the dogs

Erin was scared of the dogs initially and would only approach through the glass door, even then she would run away if the dogs got too close to the door.

Helper

Erin tries to help design her page, but she can only reach a few inches above the coffee table. She ends up chewing on the bumper in frustration.

Wilderness Park

Just five minutes from our house is a little patch of wildlife. You can camp here and hike around two small ponds stocked with koi, turtles, and ducks.

Eye lashes

Everyone comments on Erin's eye lashes so I thought I would try take a picture of them. Ignore the sock in the mouth and the camara case. Erin has started chewing on everything she can grab, except the mashed bananas we tried to feed her this morning

Happy St. Patrick's Day

We had a potluck brunch at Mommy and Me for St. Patricks Day. We wore green and ate green desserts. Erin played in the balls most of the day and climbed the foam blocks

Bounce house

Today was Wyatt's first birthday party. He had a bounce house with a slide and an Elvis impersonator.

Avocado or not

It was a no-go on the avocado. Maybe she was showing signs or the illness she has (off to the doctor today) or just being picky. We ate the left over and it was a really ripe fruit.

First sippy cup

Tried offering a few new things today. This is a boon toddler cup. We filled it with water and tried to get Erin to drink, instead she just spilled water and then played in it. Here are a few attempts at drinking.

Free toys

Next child is not getting any expensive toys we are investing in empty water bottles, boxes, and lint bunnies. And can't forget tags!
