Disneyland part 6

The best ride of the day: Dumbo!

Disneyland Part 5

Erin loved the carousel and riding the horses up and down (her almost favorite ride).

Disneyland part 4

After a failed attempt nap time we returned to Disneyland for the parade and late night adventure. Erin was so excited it was hard to get her to sit still for picture.

Disneyland part 3

We ventured over to California Adventure and Erin enjoyed the rope bridges and slides in the climbing structure. She did not like the bumper cars.

Disneyland part 2

Erin loved It's a Small World and especially loved The Disney Junior Live on Stage with the Little Einsteins.

Disneyland Part 1

Above is the fearful view from the Jungle Cruise our second adventure.

We started out Disneyland on Pirates of the Caribbean (not a smart move). Erin was fearful of the dark areas and did not appreciate the scenery.

Twas the night before Christmas

We went to Disneyland over Christmas and stayed at a hotel. The hotel had cookies and frosting to decorate your own cookie and hot chocolate and apple cider. They also had a Santa that Erin was afraid of, so the picture is of her clinging to Brendan's leg and Santa sitting in the middle.

Hanukkah Candles

Erin helped light the candles and then before we could stop her helped blow them out like birthday candles.

Wyatt and Erin

Wyatt's mom (Rebecca) is about to have a baby girl named Harper so we tried to visit one more time before her house was chaotic. Erin and Wyatt had fun at the park and playing outside and then posing for pictures.

Sleeping on the couch

Erin and daddy were taking a nap after a long day while Bridget was at work.

Cookie decorating

After the gingerbread fiasco we tried again with cookies at mommy and me. Erin put as much frosting as she could onto the cookie and then drenched it in sprinkles and then ate the entire thing.

Gingerbread house fiasco

So the set up was great and the idea had merit, but Erin thought that the Candy was too good to pass up and did not get a single piece on the house. We had trouble getting the candy out of her hands before she shoveled it into her mouth.

Aunt Lori came to babysit

Aunt Lori (Brendan's half-sister) babysat Erin while Brendan and Bridget were at Bridget's Christmas party.

Holiday Concert part 2

So all that practicing and she had stage fright. Can you tell which one is Erin? Hint- you can't see her face.

Holiday concert part 1

Ashlyn and Erin (top), Mia and Ashlyn (left), Ashlyn and Makenzie (bottom)

Erin has been practicing for a month for her holiday concert. She has learned "Oh Christmas Tree," "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer," "Dreidle Dreidle," and "Jingle Bells." She and her classmates had fun running around in their hats before the performance began.

Christmas Lights

There is a beautiful display of Christmas lights near our house. Tonight we walked with Brian and Erin in the double stroller and admired all the displays.

Mermaid girl

Erin can dress herself now (except her shirt) and loves to play around with her pants. Today she tried to put both legs in one hole and then put on her slippers and hop around the house.

Lunch with the babies

Erin set the table for lunch today and shared all her food with her babies.
