GOAL!!!

Erin is now walking like a champ. The funny part is the two post hands up that she does. I think it started when we were initially holding her hands and now she is doing it herself. Boy is she proud of herself.

Knees

Erin shows her extreme dislike for the grass. Here she is trying to make it back to our towel after falling from her walk. She needs to use her hands to stand up so is making her disgust known.

Chase

Come and chase me around the table is a favorite game.

Water table

Thanks to Tutu and Papa Pat Erin has a fun sand and water table. We don't have sand yet but Erin loves to get wet and spalsh.

Last Mommy and Me

Today was our last mommy and me for the year. We made many friends and it was great to see the babies grow and develop. We learned a lot about how to take care of Erin and be better moms.

Pushing Ava

Erin liked to help Ava in her push cart. She practiced her walking while Ava enjoyed a free ride.

Playing with food

Erin has gone on a hunger strike and refuses to eat any solids, instead she plays in her food and makes a huge mess.

Cousins and Uncle

Finally on the last day of there two week visit Erin allowed someone to hold her and was nice to baby Ava. We hope they come again soon.

First time at the beach

Like the grass Erin was not to thrilled by the sand. She kept trying to crawl up onto Brendan or the towel. Eventually she tried to put a handfull of sand into her mouth.

Just can't leave the pool

After drying her off Erin made a bee-line back to the pool. So next plan put on her cover-up and leave to go back to the beach.

After the adventure we wrapped Erin up in hotel towels and tried to dry her off.

First time in the Pool

Erin went swimming at the hotel in Santa Barbara (the best western). At first she was not sure of the water, but after a while seemed to enjoy it. Unfortunately it was too cold for mom to stay in too long.

Refugio State Beach

We went camping with the whole Sheehey Clan at Refugio state beach. We stayed at a hotel while everyone else roughed it outdoors. Erin had to first play with baby Ava (or at least poke her in the eye a few times)

Grandma

Erin would not let anyone hold her, so this was the best we could do with grandma and Erin smiling. Grandpa was in other pictures on his camara so I could not post them, but we did the same poses.

Presents

Opening presents after everyone left. Her balloons still have air 7 days later.
