Bye Bye friends

The Pederson family left today. Unfortunately Erin was sick and was not able to spend the last day playing with Frances. As you can see she was sad to see her friends go.

La Jolla

Frances was excited to go to the beach, so much so that she ran into the water with all her clothes on including her shoes! Erin just liked to run in circles and dig in the sand. Both girls were not to fond of the sand crab Brendan found.

Hotel Fun

So instead of getting ready for bed the girls decided to test out a new "hard hat" and admire each other in the mirror.

Bath Time with Frances

After a recent "pooping" incident in the bathtub Erin has been afraid to take a bath. Some encouragement from Frances and she was swimming like a fish. Just don't ask what made them stop!

San Diego with Frances Pederson

We went to San Diego this weekend to visit Bridget's friend from high school, Jordan and her family. She has two daughters Frances 1 yr 2mths and Nora 6mths. The girls had a great time playing together and creating havoc.

Baking with Daddy

Today Brendan and Erin made brown bread (Irish soda bread) in honor of St. Patrick's Day. Erin helped stir and then pat into a

roll.

iPhone

Uncle Cliff knoew a way to make Erin come to him from the beginning. Give her his iphone to play with. Erin loved touching the screen and watching a video of "baby baby" by Justin Bieber

We went to the local diner (very good) and had fun trying to avoid the rain. We actually drove the two blocks so we could stay dry.

Happy St. Patrick's Day

Today Erin wore here Mickey Mouse T-shirt (found in the boys department). It says "My Lucky Day"

Trying on mommy's shoes, just on the wrong feet but they fit fine.

Kids Concepts

Mommy and Me went to Kids Concepts in Torrance. It has a huge climbing area, a ball pit, a toddler room. This swing and roller coaster were in the toddler room.

LA Zoo

Today we went to the LA Zoo for the first time. It is the perfect size and we will be going again soon. Erin loved the gorillas and zebras. She is still too afraid to pet the goats but she told us which ones to brush.

My Gym

There was an open house at My Gym that we visited last weekend. Maybe we will sign up!

Positive Gender Roles

Erin and her birthday twin Brian are confident in their gender identities and are not afraid of trying things for the opposite sex. Everytime Brian comes over he wants to take the stroller on a walk and Erin wants to throw his football at the wall.
